These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information. We may change these Website Terms from time to time without notice to you by posting the updated Website Terms on the Website, so please be sure to check regularly for updates. When you place an Order through our Website, you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the Website Terms then posted on our Website. If a change in law means that we have to change our Website Terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been fulfilled, we are obliged to apply that change to your Order. In all other cases, the version posted at the time your Order was placed will apply. If you do not agree to be bound by the Website Terms, you should not use the Website.

Eligibility

We aim to make the Website and its associated services available to as many of you as possible. However, we do require that you are at least 18 years of age, able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted tender types; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (ii) enter into binding Orders with us.

 

Our products

Information about our products. Information about the range of products sold via our Website is available, with product references, on our Website.

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. A product may be manufactured in one of our workshops. All orders are subject to availability.

 

Your Account

Your account with us. When you make an order with us, immediately a confirmation email will be sent to you with an order number.

From backed. The order will be unfulfilled until we receive a tracking number from DHL when it will be shipped. We will receive the tracking number, shipping company name and tracking link. Here is when you will get an email that the order is out for delivery with the shipping details. 

How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you and tell you we have accepted and dispatched your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.

If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, because we have identified an error in the description of the product, because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified or if the order is not in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

It is your ongoing responsibility to make sure that any personal and payment details you provide to us are valid, accurate and complete. You can update your details by updating them in your Website profile. Please keep your account details and password confidential and secure. Our customer service agents will never ask you for your password. We are committed to complying with our Privacy Policy but are not responsible for any loss suffered through misuse of those details. Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised. By registering or placing an Order on the Website you warrant that you meet the Eligibility criteria described above and that the information you provide is yours and is accurate in all respects. Commercial entities are not eligible to register with us.

Keep in mind that's it is the user responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account

 

Orders

When you place an Order with us, then subject to your rights to cancel or return the items, you commit to buy the items described in that Order, at the price indicated including any delivery fees, taxes and duties where applicable.

Orders are subject to our acceptance, which we may withhold in our sole discretion including for reasons such as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Items in your Website basket are not reserved until your Order is paid for.

The Website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day. In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

Receipt of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However, the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

 

Price and payment

Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product in AED which includes VAT (and, except where otherwise stated on our Website, delivery costs) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

We do not provide VAT-refund service for orders placed on our Website.

How you must pay. We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) Amex, Apple pay, tabby as they become available from time to time by notice on our Website. Payment must be made in United Arabic Dirham (AED). 

When you must pay. You must pay before goods are dispatched to you. You will be debited once you have placed your order and it has been accepted by us.

We will inform you by email once the products have been dispatched.

Failure to pay. If your payment cannot be processed for any reason (including, for example, stopped payment, refusal by the issuer of the card), your order will be cancelled and the contract with you ended immediately. We will inform you of this in writing.

By entering payment details onto our Website, you warrant that you are duly authorized to pay using those details. We reserve the right to decline orders without liability to you where we believe payments are not authorized, the payment method is not valid or where we do not think you are authorized to use to utilize the relevant tender type.

ONORI reserves the right to suspend or terminate the payment options available on your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the payment options available on the site (or any portion thereof) if it suspects there is fraudulent or suspicious activity. The Website is not liable or bound to inform or send specific communication to the user regarding the changes to your payment options on the website (or any portion thereof). It is the customer’s responsibility to get in touch with ONORI in order to get the payment options reactivated. Our website may contain links to websites owned and operated by third parties and which are there for your convenience. We have no control over, assume no responsibility for, and do not endorse or verify the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services (including for the avoidance of doubt the Delayed Payment Provider). We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content posted on our website or our Apps by anyone other than us. We strongly advise you to read all third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies.

You will be required to show your order delivery confirmation email and photographic ID such as a passport, Identity Card or photocard driving license

If you authorize someone to collect your order on your behalf, please make sure that they bring with them to the store, the delivery confirmation e-mail, your photographic ID, their own photographic ID, and ensure that you communicated to us, via email, your intention to have someone else collect your order on your behalf.

If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note asking you to contact our Client Service team in order to arrange an alternative delivery date. After three failed attempts at delivery, the contract shall be deemed cancelled, and the product(s) shall remain our property.

If, at the time of delivery, the packaging is damaged, please open the package in the presence of the carrier or store assistant in order to verify the condition of the products. In the case of delivery, where there is damage to the products, you should note the details on the delivery note and contact our Client Service team. If we deliver products to you and products are lost or damaged by our carrier we will repair or replace the products free of charge (including costs of re-delivery) but only where:

You tell us in writing within 24 hours of the actual delivery date in the case of damage and within 24 hours of the delivery date notified to you when you placed your order in the case of lost items (this is so that we will be able to meet our carrier's conditions of carriage);

You produce to us any receipt or other documents relating to the products and (in the case of damaged items) the original packaging for the products complete with all related accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers and boxes.
